1. About fanworks

(1) All works made by Yinoe Workshop, except which marked as devirative work, are free to create and distribute derivative works that based on its plot, characters, music, etc.

(2) R-18 fanworks are accepted to create, but don't to be extremely explicit.

(3) Fanworks are prohibited to contain any of following contents:

• (a) Anything directly or indirectly insults Yinoe Workshop or its members / works, and that would harm the reputation of the circle, its member or other person;
• (b) Anything that could infringes on intellectural property of others, such as using non-free footage or using CC BA fotage without attributing its source;
• (c) Anything considered unlawful;
• (d) Direct or indirect promotion of political agenda or ideoligy;
• (e) Promotion hatred towards certain individual or group, including but not limited in other genders, races, religions, sexual orientations, provinces/states, country/regions, organizations, art works(including video games), electronic products, etc;
• (f) Content that directly generated by AI without any modify by person.

2. Free footages and its usage

(1) Some of assets of our works are licensed under free distribution licenses such as CC BY-SA that you can use and distribute them under these licenses.

(2) Free footages are prohibited to use for the purposes of:

• (a) Training generative AI models;
• (b) all Web 3.0 things such as NFTs and cryptocurrency.

3. About non-free footages

(1) Publicated non-free footages are able to repost with source attributed.

(2) Private non-free footages are strictly prohibited to redistribute and use in works of other.

(3) Where non-free footages are prohibited to use are same as free footages.
