A destruction of our childhood! After releasing Fantastic Mirror, AU company is trying to an other race to produce more animations for children under 7 years old. In 2017 they released a new cartoon, Learning Science with AU, which oriented to teenager and primary school students - initially. Look at the poster. Actually in Tuzhi the Robot the AU company has started to add younger characters in their posters, like this.
Additionally a lot characters' names were modified. Fatty was changed to "Dongdong" and Manly's changed into what fucking "Lan Yinbo"...?
Poster of Pain of AU (S1 / S2). See? the straw and liquid was also removed in AU logo. Characters. WHAT THE HECK ARE THEY THINKING to make such sh!t? Source: Video: 《阿U》所有人物变化 on Bilibili 什么构式,你跟我说这他妈的叫阿U? really a down syndrome XXXD And something About This WebsiteAre all chinese cartoons are tend to be - or end up being - oriented to younger childrens? Even for these whose original designs have been a memory in childhood for older teenagers before? I've witnessed the young-ize of characters of another national-level popular cartoon, such as Pleasant Goat and Big Big Wolf or Boonie Bears, both of them seem to be end up to be a "normal" cartoon for babies. Anyway, PG&BBW's producer, Creative Power, might thought of their older audiences so they still make cartoon movies that fits all including teenagers and adults; Funtaland's Boonie Bears also did so. But AU didn't. They had run straight to their target - to be a service provider for kindergartens and primary schools. It have deeply impacted their initial field - Animation products. So they have to make cartoons that more fit for babies instead of older children. And for teenagers? Nothing but their previous garbages. AU Communities were closed. Other thing before in their websites are also removed. Now everything is proving that AU's golden time was gone. So I collected them into this site. I wish I can save such memories of our generation for longer.
